Many years ago your editor saw this car in a dark lockup where it was kept by someone who had fled his country in 1968. The make of the car is well-known, indeed you might say that it has been around forever, at least since the start of automobile manufacturing. Trucks and road tractors were made from 1919 and a few years later a merger was made with another company bringing passenger cars into the range. In the 1930s these became very popular. Our quiz car wasn’t popular, but well loved. It was available in several body styles. Do you know what we are talking about?
